I have a 150 gallon tank I am using for my saltwater tank. I added live sand 3 days ago and it become really cloudy. After a day or do it cleared up a little. I have all powerheads pointed so it will not agitate the sand but tank is still considerably cloudy. And suggestions or ideas how to clear up the tank?

It did clear up. Thanks. My skimmer is proving extremely difficult to tune in. I don't have an auto top off yet. Is it possible that this is what is making it so difficult since the water level is constantly changing due to evaporation?

Yea most skimmers need to be under water so many inches. You can look up what the recommendation is for your skimmer.

It takes a little while for a new system to build up enough organic proteins before a skimmer will begin to start producing anything notable. I would shut it down at least until after the initial cycling process is complete.
They do best when a consistent water level in the skimmer body can be maintained.
