Tank Is To Hot

I have a hood with 2 blue and 2 white lights. The temp is getting up to around 80 degrees. What are some of the ways to pull the temp down to around 74?

80 is not to hot. What type of lights, NO's, VHO's.... You could always blow a fan across the water.

If you have glass tops on the tank take them off.
You can also float ice in a ziplock bag.
The fan idea works well also, or try putting ice in front of the fan.
If you think the lights are too close to the water, try putting some boards under them to make a couple inch space. The hardware store will usually cut these for you if you don't own any tools. Home depot by me cuts most anything.

any reason why you want your temp at 74?
78-82 is what you should shoot for.

FYI, I keep my tank at 80-82...
