tank leakage insurance?

I'm having an issue with my office building owner about the weight of a tank, and that may turn out ok. The owner said there might be a requirement for an indemnity if the tank leaks. I'd be happy to do that, but I wonder if anyone is familiar with any sort of tank leakage insurance, specifically something that might apply to a tank off-site from your home? Seems that there should be. Thanks.

i just spoke with my sister in law. she is an agent with all state.
she said that the best thing to do. "if you have it at work" is call your commercial agent. who insures your office policy. they should be able to tell you if they infact do have a "floater" policy for a tank.
she also suggested calling your home owners or renters insurance company. as they might be able to direct you to someone who deals with this type of coverage if your commercial doesnt

What about an inland marine policy......You should be able to get some sort of coverage to protect the building owners investment, but really nothing will protect your loss of livestock
