Tank Lighting in 20 gal Reef Tank

I am starting a 20 gallon reef tank. I am in the cycling phase with only live rock and sand at the moment. I have a 20 gallon octagon tank with a hood that came with the tank with LED lighting. I would like to have corals in the tank, but as I am reading LED lighting is not sufficient corals. I am curious how to add T5 lighting without getting a new hood or totally ditching my current hood. Any suggestions? Sorry if there is already a thread for this, but I have done a lot of research with no definitive answer. If there is a thread would someone please lead me in the right direction? Also, I have the standard heater that came with the tank (Aqueon tank from PetSmart). Is this going to be sufficient? Water flow is not a problem. I have a 120gph filter and a 240gph water circulator/powerhead. Thanks in advance for the assistance!

There are LED lights that will grow coral very well. I use Kessils but there are several others that will work.
