Tank Lighting

I am looking to upgrade my eclipse tank so I can keep some soft corals and anemones. The tank is a 25 gallon and I am having a hard time finding lighting to fit. Is 2x20 watt T5 sufficient? I know everyone say 4 watts per gallon but T5's have better PAR.
Any input would be appreciated!!!

Depends on what you are doing. 2x20w sounds like it is T-5 NO which really wouldn't be enough for much if any corals. You want to find T-5HO lighting. Any 24" fixture should work for it just fine. There are quite a few manufacturers out there that make 24" light systems.
