tank of the dead

i cant keep more than 3 little fish (damesle, blennie, gobie) in my 55gal. tank. All the tests on the water are all good what can i try fix the problem?

plus how do you acclimate new fish if you just drop them in they are dying of shock.
oh there are so many things it could be.
need more info like description of tank
size, powerheads, skimmer,sump no sump, sand /live rock amount. how long it cycled how you cycled it and so on.
