Tank Overheating

I have a problem with my tank heating up too much. I have a 210 gal with a 75-gallon sump. I have two pumps running, both Dolphin Ampmaster 3000's. Now these are supposed to give off very little heat. Originally, they would heat the tank to 81 degrees without any cooling fans. Well, I put 3 icecaps on the tank, and one on the sump, and it cooled to 75 degrees. Well, since then, over the past two weeks, the tank has heated back (rather suddenly) to 81 degrees. I have no lights running, and the fans continue to blow. The return pump seems to be running quite a bit hotter than the skimmer pump. Neither have any inflow or outflow restrictions (are running wide open). I also noticed a decrease in the output of the return pump a week or so ago. There is nothing blocking the outflow track of the return pump, it has just slowed down on volume. Suggestions? I find it hard to believe a pump this new can go bad this fast. The heat source IS the pumps; there is no other possibility. (Lights are off, no heater, etc...) I know I will need a chiller once the Halides and VHO's are on, but I don’t want it working full steam all the time. Thanks for the input. Plan on talking to the Dolphin manufacturer tomorrow.

When I said Icecaps, I meant the Icecap variable speed cooling fans, not chilling elemnets.

Aren't reef temps in the 90s. I know the gulf gets up there. Plus warm and cold serges of currents.
