TANK RAISED

My opinion is yes, tank raised fish always have a better chance of survival then the others. They are used to living in aquariums, so that causes lest stress, they are also more immune to diseases then the ones from the ocean. I would go with the tank raised. :)

i would also say yes. they tend to be more forgiving with water conditions and they are better suited to the aquarium because they were raised in it. also they are used to aquarium food. i dont know about the being more resistent to disease thing though, ive been told the other way. i was told that since the fish havent been exposed to as many diseases in the aquarium then they havent built up as much immunity towards them. but i still would highly recommend the tank raised.

Tank raised.
Right now some tank raised fish cost more but as more and more fish are able to be raised in tanks the price will come down.
Support tank raised fish and in the not too distant future we may be able to enjoy the same low prices that are seen in freshwater.

Spend the extra $10.00 now or spend it later replacing a wild caught that is more likely to stress out and die on you.

Hey,
Definatly go with tank raised! I'm hoping to get all tank raised fish eventually and even corals. The way the oceans are being misused is a crime. Anything we can do to help should be done!!!!!
