tank-safe krylon fusion?????

looking to paint my pvc in my tank just wondered if it would hold up and not kill everything in my tank? ive heard that it might flake off but im planning on sanding it....

fusion works just fine...
sand it a little first and make sure it is good and dry before you stick it in your tank. I have used it several times.
