Tank setup for a nano reef

Can someone recommend a good tank kit for a nano. Any size 2 to 5 gallons? Preferrably one that could easily have the lid retrofitted for pc's and that comes with filter. I see a lot of different brands, but what ones are good for a nano reef?:help:

I have seen quite a few people on this forum use the mini Bowl 5.

Is the filter that comes with it good for reef and do you also need a powerhead for more circulation or not?

well in all of the pictures i have seen the owners selected some diffrent filter...hang on back style. This kit really comes with a crummy filter...I bet a Whisper Power Filter 5-15 would be great for that tank though..only 11 bucks at Wal-Mart.

one last question is the 5 gallon eclipse filter or the bow with HOB preferred? Because I saw a tank on the forum just now with a lot of life in it that was using the wal-@art brand of eclipse 5 gallon setup with 32 watt retrofit and it looked nice.

are you talking about the $40 gallon kit with the eclipse style hood and filtertration with bio-wheel? I had that for gold fish and it did quite well. However you'd spend less money in the end with the Minibowl 5 i believe...instead of retrofitting. All you would need is a cheap HOB and A 20w coralife 50/50 mini compact...
