Tank size for anenome?

I know that certain types of anenomes like to move around, and some like to settle on certain surfaces, but is there any limit to the size of the tank they need?
My 29G is a long way from being ready for one, but it is something I did not have before, and would like to put in the mini-reef.
Also, will my 175 MH be enough?

I haven't really thought about it that much. I think they are all very cool, but each of them have their draws.
I think it will come down to two factors:
1. Size - I want one that will stay relatively small for now, or at least grow slowly. I don't plan on setting up a big tank for a little while, so I don't want the 29G to get small for it.
2. Clown Friendly - When we moved back to FL, we gave up a great pair of False Percs. My wife really loved those fish, and I am sure this new tank will have a clown.
Any suggestions based on those two limitations?

lighting should be fine
condis hatians lta's or buble tips,
it all depends on the clown, some maynot want one at all
but stay away from carpets, they get big and fast too.
