Tank slightly uneven

I just set up my 46gal. tank 2 weeks ago and when I topped off the water today I noticed that the water level about a quarter inch higher on the left side than the right. My question is: Is this enough to be concernered about? I know that uneven if the tank isn't level it puts more pressure on the corners of the tank, but on a tank this size, is that bad?

Was it level at first ? could be the stand or floor is somehow bowwing or something and could keep getting worst. If its been off all along then I would not worry about it but if theres no live stock then you could empty every thing into large containers and fix it.
