tank stand questions

I currently have a 20L that I am using for a hospital/QT tank. I am wanting to get another either the same size or a 15L instead. The question that I have is, is there a dealer that I can get a stand for these 2 tanks or would I have to make one? The idea that I have in mind is one above the other(stacked). If I was to have to make one I have a design in my head but not the tools to make it.

I know they make/made such stands, as I have one - its metal (which isn't the greatest for saltwater). Can't tell you who did, but your LFS should be able to.
