Tank started cycling with only established LS?

I just recently set up my 150 gal. tank. It had previously been set up as a FO for 2 years. I bought it, broke it down, and brought it home. I washed off all filters, and fake coral, along with the bio balls in the Wet/Dry. I set everything back up. The only thing I added was about 75 lbs. of established LS from my fuge that I had set up on my 125. I set everything up, and was going to put a shrimp in to start the cycle. I was testing the initial paramaters before, and it looks like my cycle already started. My amonia is way up there, no nitrites, nitrates at about 30 ppm. What do you think about this? Should I just leave it alone, or add the shrimp?

leave it alone and let it go thru its cycle imo, just take it slow and make sure you give it enough time. if the sand started the cycle then no real need for the shrimp. good luck
