tank up and running again,can I put fish back yet?

my 1120 gallon is back up and running at new house now. I used half the old water and half ro water. the live rock has been back in for about 4 hrs now except for a bit in the 30 gallon that my fish are in. Is it too soon to put the fish back yet?

did you move the tank or did it crash? is there salt in the RO water you added?

moved it to a new house, I added salt to the ro water. reading is around .025
same as before.
