Tank Weight.....

So this is my second post in here. Have yet to start a tank yet. Complete beginner and this will be the first ever aquarium I have. I have been doing tons of researching, so far on the net only. Figured out my buddies that I want in the tank, the type of tank and some of the equipment. My biggest concern now, after reading some posts, is weight.
I live in a condo on the 3rd floor, the joist will be running opposite the length of the tank, and will be against the dining wall, which is the condo next to me. The condo's were done in the mid 80s i think.I also live in Seattle, earthquake area, tho we haven't had any in quiet a while, we are bound for a big one sometime soon.
The type of tank I am getting will be a 90 or 100 gal. bow tank, acrylic, and the stand and canopy wil be oak. Unless weight is an issue, then a 75, or change the stand to something lighter. And all the necessary equipment. There will be 2 pumps in case one fails, 3 powerheads??, a skimmer, a chiller/heater (for optimum temp), refigiums, as well as a top off system coming from my kitchen. Oh yeah, can't forget the lights...
Haven't figured out how much sand, live sand and rock will be in there, but here is a rough estimate of what I am going to put in the tank. Here is my list of guys I'm adding (i've posted this once, but what you put in the tank matters for the weight, including the fish).....

Arag Alive Aragonite Indo-Pacicif Black Reef Sand - don't know how much I need of the sand though. Thought it would look cool to mix the black and beige.
(if you see something that won't get along, or shouldn't go in the tank, just say so). Last thing I want is fish fighting.
Yeah, books will be great, but.... I learn best by asking people who do the stuff, or trying it on my own. This ain't something I am just going to jump in with both feet. Right now, my toes are checking the temp. And I sucked in math in school too, just call me the computer geek, I guess.
Thanks guys, for any suggestions.

I think that between the water, the sand, the live rock, and the stand, you are looking at this tank weighing at least 1100 pounds. Don't cars weigh about 2000 pounds? Then you can think of it like this...can I see this floor holding a half a car? Also, I would not put the domino damsel in the tank. They are agressive especially when older. And have you ever looked at the price of the mystery wrasse? cha-ching! Good Luck!:)

I agree with the no on the damsel......if the damsel is not the last fish you put in the tank, it will more than likely fight with the other fish even if it is a large tank. They get very aggresive and they are a real pain to catch once you have the live rock and every thing else in the tank. Alot of people have to take all the LR out just to catch the little fish......so I would not recomend this fish in a tank like yours, your tank is more community than aggresive. Everything sounds good to me, just take alot of time inbetween adding stuff, you will have alot of money into this so go slow so you dont F it up........HTH.....
