Tank-wide Fragfest

So when I first got my 24 aquapod, I had no intentions of upgrading the lighting to metal halides. I added a few protopaly frags from a friends tank, along with some other green paly frags, and yellow polyps. I regret putting them in the tank lol. Now that theyre all over the place, I was hoping to squeeze a LPS frag in there, yet the sweeper tentacles would destroy things. So now Im kinda wondering whether I should frag alot of stuff up or not. Maybe LFS credit my 3 big rocks, and start over. It gives me a chance to re'scape.
So if I decided to frag, how would I go about fragging yellow polyps, and palythoas? Ill post pictures soon of my tank, all the ones I have are way outdated.
EDIT: How should I attach a montipora frag? Mines been sitting on a rock, not attaching.

first off, whatever you do, wear gloves.
2nd- post pics. maybe somebody will take them off your hands.
if you do put the lps in there, you could just let it do its thing. if it clears a small path, so be it.

I ant helo with the zoas but for the monti use glue or epoxy. They do not attach like soft coral frags. They will grow on the rock/plug but that will take a month or two.

Yea its just that its got tissue all over and Im afraid to hurt it. Im tried to wedge it into a rock but it takes too long to attach and it keeps falling. The superglue method would work on this?

Ill post updated pictures. I tried to sell them earlier, but shipping was a bear and deal killer so I was hoping for local pickup, but Ill make a new thread with new pictures tomorrow. Theyve actually grown quite at bit.
