i'm 12 and i'm setting up a ninety gallon reef tank soon me and my dad are building the stand and would not mind any tips besides it has to be absolutely flat or i will have alot of glass and salt water everywhere

no tips.... you are fine with that. make sure the stand can hold lots of weight.
