my 75 gal has been cyclin with shrimp since last fri. i don't think my water is crystal clear. should it be? also once the cycle is completed should i do a water change before adding any fish? thanks

you don't want her to do a water change AFTER THE CYCLE is completed??, i would, before adding fish(inly about 10 to 20 %)
and as you filter and cycle, the water should clear up, did you recently add sand??, sometimes that will take a couple of days to settle too

no sand or anything. front looks clearer than the side view. i just wonder if its the tank or what.

but if nitrates are real high after cycle they may have to do a watercahnge before adding fish im sure i will probibly have to my nitrates are at 20ppm and my nitirites are still off the card
