ok i found a 14 gallon tank at walmart with amost every thing i was going to get a better pump. cant afford all the other things right now. wold the side filters work.

You will also need a Protien skimmer, live sand, salt to mix with the water and
live rock and cycle for weeks. Lighting too.

if your just getting started and willing to commit to weekly water changes you can do without a skimmer for quite a while

most of those packages are not very good to look at for SW since they are based for FW it would come out cheaper in the long run to find a tank only and build from there I mean you can get a 10 for 9.99 there and then buy what will work for SW tanks.
what are you planning to do with the tank?
