Glass or acrylic?
That price is steep for that size tank. What about a glass shop. they can get float glass in whatever thicknees you need and assemble it for you. A fraction of the cost.
An acrylic tank online (unless it's a Tenecor which are really pricey) should run no more than $2500 with the tank, stand, and canopy. This price include shipping which will run about $300.
