So......cleaner shrimp will solve ick related problems? If you have ick the addition of cleaner shrimp will prevent or eliminate the potential threat to your livestock?
...and....never acclimate new additions?
Personally I tend to disagree with both concepts.....
Cleaner shrimp can indeed help with minor ick issues but I seriously doubt cleaner shrimp alone can cure major ick infestations. They can be a very positive addition but fall short of a "cure".
With any livestock addition acclimation is required....ranging from quarentine for fish additions....to a slow drip acclimation for crabs/snails/shrimp.....gradual light acclimation for some corals.... :thinking:

kinda confusing but he has 2 clowns 1 fire goby 1 wachman goby and a coral beauty in in a twenty gallon tank and is having ich problems gee i wonder why :thinking: and his cleaner shrimp takes care of most of it

Well, he did not state that so yes, that could be/probably is the problem. I won't bash/flame him cause he did not tell US that. Ha! If that is the case, then yes; he needs counseling. Ha!

i looked up his other posts I have two fish in a 30 gallon tank i could probably do one more fish but i am not going to push my bioload. im not flaming him just trying to be subtle about pointing out his problem
