4 36" Single Fluorescent light strips

depends on how much southdown you want, it comes in 50 lbs bags, check shipping from 11576.
yes it has a built in skimmer.

they are the regular strips that came with the tank. i dont konw what the normal output of fluorescent lights are. the bulbs in them are as follows, 2 10,000 K, 2 50/50 Actinic. the 30 gallon tank is just a standard 30 gallon tank whatever the measurements maybe.
