What part of Kentucky are you from? The fish store in Bowling Green has a pretty good sale on 55 and 75 tanks.

Owensboro, KY...home of Storm Pet Supply. They do not sell to the public, but they can tell you what shops in town carry their supplies including tanks. Buying a tank online is very expensive because of shipping. That's why most online suppliers don't even carry them.
SaltyJay18, I used to live in Frederick, MD. Ever go to The Aqauarium Center in Randallstown? Great shop. If you haven't been there, it is worth the trip.

Rich,
I work in Frederick actually, definitely beats driving down I-270 in traffic, I watch everyone crawl down the road as i zoom by. I've been to the aquarium center in bmore. very nice in the way of dry goods but not impressed with their selection of fish. Except for the 800 gal bowfront display tank!! amazing!!!

Salty, you need to make a little drive to Reston VA to Marine Scene. Tom (the owner) has what has to be one of the best retail setups for coral/livestock I've seen. I lived in the metro DC area for 6 years and his shop always, IMMHO put everyone else's to shame. Prices are a little higher than some others, but livestock was second to none! Website has location/directions. http://www.marinescene.com/Marine%20Scene%20Website/location.htm

thanks fester, actually been there a few times. you are right about the prices. got some bad advice from one of the staff that i usually dont deal with, lesson learned. but for the most part i am happy with them. i have to stop by this weekend cause they are the only place around that sells premade saltwater. time for a H2O change.

SaltyJay, you ever get into Rick's Fish and Pet on the golden mile there? That is where I got most of my stuff when I lived there.

Rich,
went to Rick's once, they must have just gotten a new shipment in, almost everything was dead in the bags. couldnt believe what i saw! maybe it was a fluke who knows. i mostly deal with marine scene, big fish little fish and tropical fish world. both in g'burg. Got my setup from Jim at TFW. Actually one of the first to breed and raise Flame Angels. There's an article from FAMA i believe behind the counter.
I've been to pretty much every store that sells fish within an hour of g'burg and so far those three are the most appealing and affordable.
