Oceanic Biocube tech support number anyone???
I cant find it...
I got my 14g biocube today and my PC lights are pulsing its super sucky because I want this tank to be up and running

just bought a bio cube 8 couple of days ago and it was on the papaerwork, cause i had a led that didn't work so i had to call them.

I searched every where for paperwork, I think I got jipped completely! anyway
I called them and very nice people, quick response, and now they shipped me a new hood along with 2 new ballasts and 2 new bulbs...
