Tell me about going FO..

Currently running a 100g with internal overflow, 30g sump, refugium, das-ex1 skimmer. Phosban reactor with calcium. Tell me about what I can do/should do if I want to take out all my LR.

out of couriousity why would you want to do that?

No matter what you do, taking out the LR is going to stir up a LOT of nitrate and possibly hurt your fish.
