I have an anemone, and I have corals...That doesn't mean that I have the "BEST" but I have my Sg at 1.24/1.025 my temp I keep at 82 because of my Hippo Tang.
Most people keep the tank at around 78-80 the cooler the temp, the slower the things that can go wrong, so it gives us time to discover and fix the situation.

34-35 ppt or 1.024-1.026 is fine...I don't think there's a "best" I go for 1.025. Consistency is what is important. Choose a level and make sure it never changes.
