I am currently running an Emporer 400 and a Fluval 404 for filtration on my 90G FOWLR tank. The tank is not drilled for a sump. I picked up a wet/dry setup that has a siphon overflow that run down to a rotating spray bar. I want to get rid of the Emporer and cleanup some room from the clutter on the back of my tank. For a short term solution would it be wise to set this up using my Fluval as the return delivery method, pretty much making a wet/dry/canister filtration path? The overflow has a 1" bulkhead draining down. I realy would like to have the better biological ability of the wet/dry over what the barley turning biowheels on the Emporer give me.
