The temp in my tank used to stay at about 79-81 deg. Last week I put vents in my stand and added a fan that blows over the sump to try to get it a little cooler. Now the temp goes from 77-79. My question is, is this an OK temp? And if it needs to be cooler, how do I get it there? I already have 3 small fans in my hood. The only thing I can think of would be to drill some more holes in my hood and mount the fans in a better place so that they are blowing on the bulbs (I have vho's) and not just sucking the air out. What do you think?
