Tentacles growing on Live Rock?

I dont have a pic, but I have some clear tentacles growing on my live rock. They are quite numerous throughout the Live Rock. they are maybe 1/4 - 1/2 " long.
Does anyone know what this may be? My tank is very well established.

Sounds like a pest anemone called Aiptasia. They are bad and should be removed. Look at the hitchhiker thread and see if you can pick it out with those pictures posted.

Crap! How do I remove them? I'll look at see if that's them.

Are they anemones.. or like a couple tentacles here and there? Could they be the arms of brittle stars?

they are not like anemones. They are grouped together but seperate. They are not "very" long and are thicker at the base to a tip at the end. The dont move too much.

Its hard to tell from the pic.. please circle what you are talking about. From what I can tell in the pic.. it actually may be filter feeding cucumbers :) but please do circle the things you're talking about.

Here is a pic of a small area of it. It's in many many places though. Is it good bad? What does it do? Will it grow, move out independently, stay, etc?

oh those... hmmmmmm. Do they move? Does anything come out of them? They may be tubes from feather dusters that have moved on.

Nothing comes out of them, and they do move, with the current (I can't tell if they move independently).
Nothing was there before, and they seem to be "growing". They are in many areas throughout the live rock through the tank.
