Still new to this, so without naming proper coral ... its a branching leather. I now see a creature w/ multiple appendages reaching out into the open from underneath. The 'tentacles' go from thick to thin with small teal / black lines / hairs extending off of them. They all lead to a larger base / obvious hidden body.
