test kit questions

hey guys,
i have a new tank and have been doing all the appropriate steps in cycling, added a fluval canister filter for cleaning water, chiller to maintain temp, but my fish are dieing. i wanted to get a test kit from the advice i got on this forum, but dont know which website to go to to find the best deal on these kits.
 
also, can you guys recommend a test kit brand to purchase? thanks for your help!

The easiest to read I have ever found were the Instant Ocean brand, they have plastic chips that sit right next to the test results tube for a very easy to compare read. Try and get a Master kit, it's cheaper than buying each test. I'm using the API right now, Instant Ocean was not in stock..You have to Google for a web site, it isn't allowed here to post another site.
Everyone has their favorite brands....Red Sea gets the lowest reviews
