Just recently i went to my oh so trusted LFS (they really are good, they haven't even tried to rip me off yet!!!) to get my water tested/ get some crabs for my algae problem. Anyway the gut i usually talk to when i go said that the kit i was using (zoo med or some such thing,,) might be getting affected by the reef complete/ reef carbonate supplements i am adding for my rock.. I was wondering what i should do about this, and what the best most accurate type of test kit to use is. Also he said that the bactervital bacteria starter I added may have affected my past readings. if i use it when i add my first fish it will do the sam, so what should i do to get accurate test results??
