Testing Level(s) and Result(s).

I am new to the saltwater setup and trying to get the levels where they should be. Here are the following I have tested and the results.
PH = 8.0
Nitrite = 0.5 - 1.0
Nitrate = 20ppm
Ammonia = 0 - 0.25
Alkalinity = High
If these are high, how do I get them down to lower levels? Water Change?

Hi Deputy,
We strive for zero ammonia and nitrites after the initial cycling of the tank.
How long has your tank been set up ?
Can you describe your tank, filtration and fish/inverts and test kits ?
That will help folks have a better understanding of your current conditions.
