Just a note to thank everyone for the assistance with my Ich problem. I qt'd the three remaining fish, Yellow Tang, FoxFace and Striped Damsel used Coppersafe in QT tank along with Hyposalinity and performed Formulin Baths everyother day for 10 days. All three fish survived and started eating again. I am now feeding garlic based food as well and am looking into purchasing a uv sterilizer for the main tank.

Good to hear, but formalin is really not effective with ich. Better to have just performed the safest proceedure, hyposalinity.
The combination of formalin and copper could well have been lethal...you were lucky.
