Thank you all for being so patient and answering my questions. I think I am on the right track this time. I checked the salt I added and it had some chemials to remove Chlorine from the water anyhow. I used Deep Ocean Sea Salts. I also checked the lighting and I have a compact light. I searched the newsgroups and set my new submersible heater to 78 degrees. So far the fish are swimming around just fine, and the tank is clearing. I think it is the sand that is making it so milky looking. I can finally see the live rock in the back of the tank.
