The 14th Amendment pretty much voided the 10th. It was poorly written and overly broad, basically giving the Federal government the ability to regulate anything the states do under the guise of "civil rights". It also legalized Federal double jeopardy. I like the intent of the 14th Amendment, but it and the Commerce Clause have given corrupt Feds, like Eric Holder, carte blanche to override anything they don't like in states.
