As I have had my u.v saterlizer off and have noticed my green star polpys starting to spread much more rapid. Have any of you guys experiense this before?
My thought of what might be the case.
-The u.v removes/destorys pacticels in the water, which could be a food source for the polpys. Aka polpys are getting more food causing more growth.
Also does this happen with other corals? Any of your thoughts on this would be helpful.
