I do not know how many have read the headlines but there was a milestone today not only in the Homosexual community, but also in the USA Military. The ban on openly Homosexuals serving in the military has ended, and they can ask, and we can tell without the fear of being discharged. The fear of openly being who you are is no longer an issue, which in the first place should not have been. It should not have been a problem that a Gay man or woman that wanted to serve this Great Country of ours were not able to do it openly. It makes them no less of a person, or able to do the job that they are doing just because they are gay or bisexual. I think this is a great feat in the history of our military, maybe more people who are homosexual will now join our armed forces and serve the country they so love.
