Here's my 5.5 gallon tank.
aquaclear 20
maxi-jet 400
10w cp fluescent 6500K (trying to find a different bulb)
6lbs of LR (Ponpei(sp) and different type)
I have aragonite sand but as you can see there's some junk that came with the LR and I was wondering if it's ok to put the sand over it, and how deep should I make it, I'm not going for a dsb so should enough that covers the substrate be ok?

I want to make the aquaclear a refugium so can I put a 3" sandbed in it along with some LR rubble that I got?
