For those of you that know chemistry do the math on dihydrogen monoxide. For those of you that do not know chemistry
di = 2
Hydrogen = H
mono = 1
Oxide = oxygen = O
So that makes H2O = Water.
I learned about this from a story in the newspaper that a city was going to ban styrofoam at events that require a city permit. One of the reasons for the ban was because dihydrogen monoxide was used yo manufacture styrofoam.
