Ive got one. I found this in a 2004 Navigator that got towed in because the serpentine belt came off. It was "wrapped" around the power steering pulley.

hmm there was a similar thread on a car web site i visit. the only thing i found was a mcdonalds recipt under my passanger seat on a brand new car with only 10 miles on it so some one went and got some burgers with my car before i bought it
