the lights are on

i have a 46 boe front fowlr with a 20 watt 24 inch bulb thats on from 9 am til 9 pm. i also have a 96 watt 36 inch smart light thats on from 1:30 pm til8:30 pm. is this to much light? i was also wondering if the people lights in the room have an efect on the fish ( people lights are on from 9 am til midnight ) <img src="graemlins//bah.gif" border="0" alt="[bah]" />

my question here is what are you trying to accomplish here.is this system a reef setup?
if not you will have algae problems down the line
with that kind of light running.unless you are treating the water with phospate remover.
