I am Finally gonna get some new pics of my tank. heres the run down. about 9 months ago i converted my 125 Gallon freshwater into a saltwater tank. never knew what i was in for WOW! so when i started my saltwater adventure this is what i started with.
125 gallon tank
custom made stand and canopy. i made them. with help!
Eheim cansiter filter.
Seaclone 150 skimmer.
2-300 watt heaters.
2-powerheads rated at 250 gph.
100 lbs of live rock.
50 lbs of live sand.
440 watts of VHO lighting.
the tank stood about 5'6" tall.
and trust me when it all started to come together i was supt. supt is slang for excited. not bad way to start off. i thought at least.
since then i have upgraded crazy. now the tank goes like this.
200 lbs of live rock
150 lbs of live sand
3.5 inch deep sand bed in the sump with some cheato and rubble rock.
55 gallon sump.
ASM G-3 In-Sump Protein Skimmer will be purchased very soon.
2-new 300 watt heaters placed in sump.
Mag12 as my return pump.
1200 gph dual overflow box.
1800 gph in powerheads.
with the powerheads and the return pump is should be getting around
2800 gph total flow.
760 watts of VHO lighting.
all 6 bulbs are under reflectors.
12 LED nocturnal blue lunar lights.
a new 125 gallon tank.
new custum stand and canopy.
the new tank stands at 6 foot even.
its come along way. sorry for the long dialoge but i just wanted everyone to know how much i like this hobby. pics will come later today. please enjoy and comments are very much wanted. thank you!!

Looking good! :cheer: I'm jealous, as you already have water in your tank, AND lr and ls. Mine is still sitting in the garage, BUT the stand is being built and I hope to have it up and running in the next week or so.

the pictures do no justice for what it looks like in the real life.
as for fish:
1 true percula clown
1 falst percula clown
1 tom. clown
2 enginer gobys
4 damsels. different type.
2 sand sifting sea stars
100 hermits
50 snails. had more but with the hermits and snails in the same tank until this one is ready. there have been a couple shell jackings.
be patient azfishgal. it will all come together when time is right. the only thing that i am waithing on is a new much bigger skimmer.
thank you for looking at my blurry pics.

lol, but still... i'm lovin the title of the thread. and being kicked in the pants isn't very discriptive, are you just being kicked in the pants?, balls?, leg?, knee?, ankle?, if its just being kicked in the pants, i'm not following you..., and what if the person kicking you in the pants misses?
