The Tank Backdrop Thread!!!

OK everyone let's make this the one thread to see everyone's full tank pic.....one pic 1) blue 2) black 3) no backdrop just coraline 4) other.....let's see those pics

Bump I wanna see some backdrops to get and idea of what I want to do. I am stuck between blue and black...

black i try to keep it clean but the coraline on the overflow box is a pain

i just like the cleaned look over the coraline look i like the clean background to show off the corals better ..... my coraline grows slow right now anyways since the corals soak up most calcium b4 the coraline can get it

Here is mine. I went initally with a blue background but since the coraline took off I have pretty much left it on the back. I like the look and I got sick of scraping it off. It would almost be impossible not to scrap off the back now.

i see what your saying.
my coraline is going crazy now. i'm using oceanic salt with high cal, unfortantly i don't have any corals that are using up cal that much.

I've tried both black and blue, and for my small tanks blue wins out. IDK, the black just made them look even smaller than they already are. Here is my pic...I should also add that in my 46, the coraline is really popping, and I'm leaving it on the back (for now).

I have Xenia as my backdrop - here are some bad pictures of it....these are a tad old - the xenia is covering most of the back now...

Not a very good picture but.. Mine was blue I changed it to black...this is the black... I will see if I can find a blue pic.

Wow, these are some nice pics. I'm definitely a fan lately of the black background with no coraline. My nano back is getting covered with the stuff but I'm planing on doing black with none in my "upgrade" tank...
Great thread, I'll be watching this one for ideas....hehe.
