They don't open.

I bought a frag of blue zoo polyps two weeks ago. At the beginning, they opened very well; later, they don't fully open; and one week ago, then don't open. I changed their place 3 days ago, but still not open.Yesterday, I found there is something cover it. I can get rid of it easily and it looks like a 'coat' for each one of them.
I don't know what's wrong with them. BTW, all the other coral in my tank is fine.
Anyone can help me to make them open again?

Yes, give them a clean freshwater dip. Put some freshwater and Zoas into a cup of water and let them sit a min or 2, then with a turkey baster blast them a few times and you should be good
