They look like spider eggs

Attached around the base of my button polyps are a few small spider egg looking things. They are white and look like very small cotton balls...any ideas?

well I got the same thing all over one piece of my LR.. its a type of sponge... sponge=good. But as for the exact name of it... I forgot :notsure:

Do a search for "Q tip sponge" and see if that looks right.
