Things that make you think someone is a little "off"...

I don't have any other examples right now but I just find it strange when I meet a guy who doesn't like sports... at all. For most guys, we either watch or play certain sports. I just don't get when guys have no interest in any sport whatsoever. It makes me think that there is something a little strange about them. Maybe it's just me??

I dunno... but it's definitely hard to find a common ground if you're a sports person and they're not. I"m a woman and I love LOVE college football. My husband and I avidly watch the games on the weekends. I don't think it would be very compatible for me if he wasn't into sports like I am. lol We have different teams that we like but both located here in Oklahoma so we're definitely a house divided. lol I'm Oklahoma State
and he's OU (stinks) lol

I do not like babies, They are NASTY. And I do not watch or play any sports. Used to play soccer though
I do not get why people are so crazy about football. People think you are fruity if you do not like it, But they are the ones watching a bunch of guys grope each other. And not to mention the QB putting his hand in the other guys crotch and all the butt slapping when someone makes a good play?

My husband doesnt like sports much, Oh he will watch it if its on at my parents house, and enjoyed it when the kids played, but I have never seen him turn on a game. He does how ever own and shoot a gun

I dont understand how anyone couldnt love a child.

people that spend more time and show mroe affection to their dog/cat than they do their kids.
Also, i hate watching sports, but i did enjoy playing them in high school.

I have absolutely ZERO interest in sports whatsoever. I like to play a little volleyball here and there but that is it. Dont watch sports, dont like sports, dont even really like talking about sports.
Does that make me strange? I dont think so at all. I have lots of other things that keep me busy.
And no, I'm not gay. I am happily married with an amazing wife, a house, dog, good job. Just no interest in watching a bunch of grown men run around with a ball, which is basically what ALL major sports are. I am also not really into guns but I have shot a number. Just dont own any. I do collect swords though, which should count for something on the "man factor" :)

I can't understand why people like to watch grown men run around and jump on each other. Finally a man who understands!
...and I don't like pizza. I can eat it because I'm forced to alot, but I would never choose to buy it.

collecting swords sounds pretty cool. I used to collect knives when i was younger, but i lost them when i got married and moved....I had some pretty nice ones from my grandpas, and great grandpa. got any pics of some the neater swords?

I think it's less about the men groping and jumping on each other and more about men getting the crap beaten out of each other that sports fans like. Also, if you see someone who is incredibly good at what they do, it makes you want to watch. I'm not a huge fan of sports, but I like watching the ends of each season - Super bowl, world series... they are all of the two best teams battling it out, and they're both pretty good so that's what makes it fun to watch.
Being a native californian, I really got into watching the warriors play last year... they were running like a pack of wolves... really good at what they did... then they bombed. Oh well.

it's not JUST you. a lot of people dont get people who dont like following sports. but a lot of people dont like to follow sports. and they dont get people who do. no one i know likes to follow sports teams; male or female. no one i grew up with, was taught by, went to college with, work with, lived with, hung out with, dated, or associated with liked sports teams.... and none of us understood the whole obsession either.
i'm not about to explain y i don't like following sports, either, so don't ask. and i'm not about to ask about your obsession, so don't feel like you need to explain. it's simply different. there's nothing "off" or "wrong" about it.
