Unfortunately, your lighting is way too little for anemones and also any photosynthetic corals. For a tank your size IMO you should get at least 300 watts of PC/VHO lights, but by that point you might as well just go with fewer watts of T-5HO or metal halides. 200 watts of T-5 or 2x150 watts of halides would be great.
Anemones need perfect water conditions and more importantly, stable. The usual NH4 0, NO2 0, NO3 0, pH 8.0-8.3, yada yada yada.
You can feed them any meaty food like mysis, krill, squid, clam, etc.
For most people if you touch an anemone or a coral you won't even feel the sting, but everybody's different.

The 6-bulb Tek T-5 light is about $300 or so, plus $20 per bulb.
You should get one with individual reflectors like from Tek because it raises the light output a whole lot.

Just a warning my BTA moves .... a lot! don't be surprised if it decides to live where you do not want it to :hilarious my BTA has even found it's way into my overflow (not fun) despite our measures to keep it out.
just a warning.

i would keep your lights onm for 12 hrs, unless you have halides, remember your tank s inhabitants think hey are on the equato, which has a 12 hr day night cycle
