I want to add another eel when I move my fish over to my 100G. I already have a snowflake(who has grown very fast and is 18inches already and he was only about 13 inches when I got him in December) I want a simular size and tempermeted eel. I am thinking Chainlink eel but I don't know much about them. Another eel shouldn't create a territory issue just add bioload correct? Which eel would best fit

it shouldnt create a territory issue as long as you have enough hiding places for the both of them and the next eel you get should be about the same size so it doesnt get picked on.

I have three eels in my 180. I have had the snowflake and yellowtail for several months. I just added a Hawaiian Dragon last week. They all got along and shared the same cave for about 3-4 days but the Dragon has sent them both on their way from the home they had occupied for the last few months. I am getting rid of the snowflake. They didn't harm each other at all.
Make sure you have plenty of different locations where the new eel can find refuge away from the other eel. You shouldn't have a problem. Make sure are about the same size.
Here are some pics of my eels. Regards, Tim
